YesStyle Review: Quality, Shipping, and Customer Service
First things first, let’s dive into my general review of YesStyle. If you’re new to YesStyle and wondering whether it’s legit or not, my review can be helpful to you.
Shipping
If your order is over $49, you can take advantage of free standard shipping, while free express shipping is available for orders over $109.
However, for smaller orders, you can still choose between the two shipping options.
- Standard shipping costs $6, and your order is estimated to arrive within 7-14 working days.
- Express shipping costs $14, and your order is estimated to arrive within 3-5 working days.
It’s worth noting that their shipping costs have increased after the pandemic, so it may not be as affordable as it used to be.
Delivery
Being in the United States, I typically receive my orders within 14 days when I choose the free standard shipping option, which applies to orders over $49.
However, if I spend over $109, I can get my order much faster within 4-7 days through DHL Express or FedEx, regardless of the order size.
Tracking
After YesStyle ships my order, they send me a confirmation email that includes a tracking number, which I find really helpful.
This way, I can easily track the status of my order and estimate the expected delivery date. It’s a convenient way to stay updated on the progress of my order and anticipate its arrival.
Packaging
I’m always impressed with the quality of their packing.
Whenever I receive my order, the products are securely bubble wrapped and packed either in a sturdy box or poly mailer bag, depending on the fragility of the items.
I’m glad to say that I’ve never received any damaged products from YesStyle, which shows how well they handle their shipping process.
It’s definitely a plus point for me and gives me peace of mind when ordering from them.
Coupon Code
For first-time customers, YesStyle offers a 10% discount at checkout, which is a great way to save on your first purchase.
Additionally, they often offer discount coupons ranging from 10% to 15% off for their regular customers.
If you’re looking for even more savings, you can also search for various coupon codes on the web with a quick Google search.
Personally, I love that YesStyle always offers extra coupon codes and store points after I make a purchase, which I can then use for my next shopping trip. It’s a nice perk that keeps me coming back for more.
And to make the most of it, I always use my coupon and rewards codes at the same time to get even more discounts. It’s a great way to stretch your budget and get more for your money.
Customs
YesStyle is based in Hong Kong. As a US customer, I had to pay sales tax based on the tax rate of my state.
However, for customers outside of the US, there are likely no customs fees to worry about.
It’s always a good idea to check the customs regulations of your country before placing an order, just to be sure.
What I Do Not Like
While I enjoy shopping at YesStyle, I have noticed that their K-beauty skincare lines tend to be priced higher than those of their competitors.
As a result, I tend to focus on purchasing their makeup lines, as they offer a great selection of products that I’m eager to try.
YesStyle Review and Korean Makeup Products Haul
Now that we’ve established that YesStyle is a reliable place to shop, let’s dive into my K-beauty makeup products haul!
As a long-time customer, I’ve had my fair share of hits and misses, but I’ve discovered plenty of great makeup products over the years.
In this post, I’ve put together a list of my favorite items that you can find at YesStyle for unbeatable prices.
Here’s what I’ve rounded up for this haul:
1. Missha Magic Cushion Cover Lasting Foundation
The Missha Magic Cushion Cover Lasting Foundation is an excellent medium-coverage cushion foundation with a soft matte finish, and it costs only $8.
Its lightweight texture makes it easy to blend into the skin, and one touch of the puff provides just the right amount of product to cover my entire face.
One of the best things about this foundation is that it doesn’t oxidize, which is a common problem with matte foundations.
However, if you have dry skin, the finish can be a little streaky, but this can be fixed by applying a good moisturizer beforehand and blending it well.
I use the shade #21 Natural Beige, and it looks very natural on my skin.
Although it lasts for several hours, I do need to touch up every now and then, and I have noticed a little bit of separation on my dry skin. However, it doesn’t look cakey after touch-ups.
Overall, I liked this foundation, but I still prefer the Clio Kill Cover Founwear All New as a matte finish cushion foundation.
However, if you’re looking for a budget-friendly option, I would definitely recommend giving the Missha Magic Cushion Cover Lasting Foundation a try!
2. The Saem Cover Perfection Tip Concealer
I know I’ve mentioned The Saem Cover Perfection Tip Concealer ($3) several times before, but I just have to talk about it again because it’s that good.
The formula is creamy and radiant, blending seamlessly onto my skin for a natural look. Unlike some other concealers, it’s not overly opaque or matte, making it perfect for concealing dark spots and redness.
And with ten different shades available on YesStyle, it’s easy to find the right match for your skin tone. I highly recommend giving it a try!
3. Rom&nd Better Than Cheek
Next up are the Rom&nd Better Than Cheek ($7) blushes.
I’ve been a fan of these for years, starting with the Pecah Chip shade, and recently decided to splurge on a few more.
The shades I picked are 02 Peach Chip, a light peach; 07 Pear Chip, a mix of soft light browns; and 03 Blueberry Chip, a cool-toned mix of pale ivory and lavender.
These are powder blushes with a soft texture that blend beautifully into the skin.
I love that they give a natural-looking flush of color without looking too powdery.
Plus, all of the shades work well on my warm-toned skin. I highly recommend trying them out!
4. Rom&nd Better Than Eyes
The Rom&nd Better Than Eyes in Dry Buckwheat Flower ($10) is a mini palette that has become one of my all-time favorites for an everyday look.
The four shades included are incredibly useful and, in my opinion, they are flattering on a wide range of skin tones and eye colors.
There’s a soft champagne shimmer, a cool-toned matte light beige, and two matte browns that work perfectly together.
The colors blend seamlessly and the formula is long-lasting. Overall, it’s a great addition to any makeup collection!
5. Merzy The First Pen Eyeliner
Merzy The First Pen Eyeliner in Brownie ($4) is one of my go-to liquid eyeliners that I always reach for.
It’s amazing as there is no bleeding, and the application is very easy.
The dark brown color is perfect for a more natural look, and it stays put all day long.
I had trouble finding this eyeliner on other websites, but it’s available on YesStyle, so check it out if you’re interested!
6. Bbia Last Auto Gel Eyeliner
I also picked up the Bbia Last Auto Gel Eyeliner in Wedding Peach ($5) from YesStyle, which is perfect for creating a natural Aegyo Sal makeup look.
The formula is smooth and easy to apply, and it stays put all day without smudging.
The color is a natural beige-pink that’s great for highlighting the Aegyo Sal area, and it even has a subtle sparkle to it.
7. Bbia Last Velvet Lip Tint
Bbia Last Velvet Lip Tint in Sweet Boss ($8) is a highly popular Korean lip tint and one of my personal favorites. The unique color, a blend of orange and brown, can be difficult to find in other products.
The weightless, creamy texture of this tint glides on the lips effortlessly and delivers a highly pigmented color that lasts all day.
The soft matte finish smooths and blends beautifully when applied.
However, the only downside for me is the subtle fruit-like scent which I’m not particularly fond of.
Except that, I highly recommend this lip tint for anyone looking for a long-lasting and highly pigmented lip color with a unique shade.
8. Rom&nd Glasting Water Gloss
Rom&nd Glasting Water Gloss in Meteor Track ($8) is my ultimate go-to lip product that I’ve found on YesStyle. This lip gloss has a clear base with a touch of sparkle, and it applies smoothly and effortlessly thanks to its formula.
I prefer wearing it alone or layering it on top of a matte finish lip tint for a plumping effect.
Although it does give a slight tingling sensation, I don’t mind it at all.
The spatula applicator is a bonus for easy and hygienic application.
In my opinion, this lip gloss is definitely worth trying out if you want to achieve a flawless dewy finish on your lips.
Wrap Up
Well, that’s it for my YesStyle review!
Overall, I had a great experience shopping on the website, and I was really happy with the Korean makeup products I purchased.
From the Saem concealer to the rom&nd blushes and lip products, I found some new favorites that I’ll definitely be repurchasing.
If you’re interested in trying out some Korean makeup products, I definitely recommend giving YesStyle a try.
